Observation by lecturers really freak it out. It is not only madam Jess, but only Mr John Taylor...yes, mr john, the caucasion! i almost cried on the phone when i knew mr john is coming along with her for the observation...my voice changed and i think madam jess realized it. She kept apologized that she did not meant to frightened me, she just want some professional to help us up! Oh man, this is my first observation...really scared my heart out! and well, they told me some strengths, suggestions and improvement...hopeful my teaching will get better!
But, luckily, everything ran smoothly as i planned...but donno what the lecturers think...Overall, the kids are wonderful, they are really great! they behave well in the class! Luckily! Thank God!
p/s: Really, teaching is not easy! I will eat that person alive if he / she says teaching is easy!
