Respect are not gain by just asking or requesting from the students, it is EARNED! And what did you do, scolded us for not respecting you, please make some self reflection.
Never think that you are a lecturer and you are much more superior that us. Show us that we need to respect you and look up to you because you deserve it, and not just because you have the title of "lecturer" and we are just "students". derrr....those method has ketinggalan zaman...how many century is this already. please la....
Giving assignment much earlier and expect us to get ready anytime? yayaya.....easy for you to say...please think of yourself, you never did this during your school time? i'm rather sure that you are the kind that do last minute work, so please be understanding...be more considerate!
And also be more professional, not just because you heard rumours about us from other lecturers and start to label us from the beginning of the lesson...do you ever learn classroom management? or any EDU paper...Do not label the students, don't generalize the students, and the most important, Do not EMBARRASS your students! You fail to do that!
you are a lecturer, yes, you are...what is the job of a lecturer? eh, you are not here to earn money blindly k....you are here to train us...but what i see all this while is, you NEVER teach! talking nonsense only in the class....is this the way you want us to behave during practicum or graduate later?
